Government Method to fill 187 server

I Suggest we decide as a group how much we can pool to throw money at the server to fill it up, the BAD server has been unstable and a few changes have upset many of their clients and if we ever had an opprotunity to fill 187 this may be it...

I say we pool for something as follows

$100 for person who logs the most time on the server over March 2010...players found logged in afk will be disqualified.
$50 for Second most time
$30 for third most
$15 for fourth - tenth
Free Icon for all players who log the follwoing time during month
50+hrs
75+hrs

PK recruiting will be done based on accurate and detailed abuse reports on forums....

$20 to Individual with most Xeno Kills during March
$20 to individual with most knifes during March

any other ideas?

Sounds cool but people dont exactly have much now or than, but creating in-gamer server rewards would be cool like icons and such...
