Bug with automatic DST on forums

I think I've found a bug on the forums. Deactivate automatic DST detection. It returns some kind of error for me when I try to visit the forums.

I've turned it off and have no longer gotten the message. :cool:

I've tried a quick fix relating to the footer settings in the php file. I can't replicate the error for some reason but it may now be fixed.
