Forum Upgrade

Hello Everyone!

The forum has recently been upgraded to VBulletin V4. There have been a few technical hiccups during this process, however the forum is online at least. The template needs to be reworked which I am in the process of at the moment. If all other none template related issues could be posted here that would be great.
